Handing Christmas gifts to IDPs in Bamenda, Mayor Chenwi said "In my office I have about three hundred letters of appeal for assistance in food and dresses, so considering that this is a festive period we cannot abandon those who have been displaced because it is not in their making. We have to celebrate with everybody. That is why we thought it wise to bring those who have been displaced to feel at home"
