NORTHWEST DELEGATE FOR NATIONAL SECURITY INSTALLED By Mildred Wung Wilson Elung Njume incoming Northwest Delegate for National Security was installed in Bamenda by the Delegate General for National Security Martin Mbarga Nguelle March 23rd 2021. The ceremony took place at the explanade of Bamenda I Divisional Office. The outgoing Delegate for National Security Gousmo Emile was commended by Bamenda City Mayor -Paul Achobang Tambeng for having been relentless in the maintenance of public order, peace and security for nine years in the Northwest Region.
